White Ribbon Night Gala – #WRNG
If your organization would like to become a Sponsor, please email us at email@example.com or call 888.LLN.9876.
Created by a handful of Canadian men in 1991, on the second anniversary of one man's massacre of 14 women in Montreal, the nationwide White Ribbon Campaign was formed in hopes of urging men to speak out against violence against women and girls. The Gala is patterned after the campaign's core message and encourages men in our communities to do the same alongside women in attendance.

Created in 2019 in memory of LLN Board Member, Antonio Arrendel’s daughter who left us suddenly in September 2018.
Samaya (Maya) and her sister would happily accompany their father as volunteers to many of our domestic violence awareness events. The effect of her volunteerism to help in that capacity, is what we hope lives on through this award., as she continues to live in our hearts each and every day.
